Sarah grew up in Mountain View, California and started dancing at the age of three. She spent most of her earlier years studying classical styles such as Ballet and Tap and eventually moved on to more styles. She started her competitive dance journey shortly after, and had the opportunity to travel and learn from high esteemed choreographers from all over the country during her time on the Acuity dance team. She also attended Mountain View High School where she had the opportunity to choreograph and teach large contemporary pieces. After high school she was accepted to San Jose State University, where she is currently studying Math and Dance.

 

Sarah Began her teaching journey with Tap, Ballet and Lyrical in 2011, though her favorite styles now are Contemporary and Lyrical. She is passionate about sharing her love of dance and hopes to provide a safe and accepting space for dancers to come and indulge in the art of contemporary movement with her.
