Policies​

• All new students, including first-time drop-in students, must fully fill out a Studio Registration Form and sign a Liability Waiver in MindBody before they can participate in a class. First time registration should use a browser instead of the app.

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before class. We recommend signing up prior to class.

• Students are not allowed inside the room prior to class. Check in is at the double doors.

• There are no makeup classes, credits, or refunds for missed classes. 

• To early cancel an enrollment, you must do so 60 minutes prior to class. 

• A $40 service charge will be applied for returned checks and false credit card disputes.

• No black rubber soles or street shoes on the dance floor.

• No food or soda in the studio. Bottled water is acceptable and encouraged.

• Studio is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or left behind.

• Masks are optional.

• Changes in our policy can be made at any time.

Report of Injuries and Property Damage

• Please report any injuries to persons in and around Studio property and damage to Studio property immediately to the Studio staff at 408-499-8180. All injuries and property damages require documentation and prompt correction of any issues that may have caused the situation.
