Jennaliz Marie is originally from Monterey Bay, California.

She started dancing at the age of 3 and focused mainly on Ballet and Hip Hop over the following years.

 

In high school, she did cheerleading and Kpop covers, and was also in the JROTC.

 

After high school, she fell in love with dance again through enrolling in a Ballet class.

 

In college, she danced with Future Shock San Jose, as well as Inspired Dancers under the direction of Kevin Miranda.

Through the Filipino Club AKABAN, she danced on a hip hop team for Friendship Games.

She also danced traditional Filipino folk dance as well as hip hop for her college's annual Pilipino Cultural Night.

 

She graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelors Degree in Child and Adolescent Development, emphasizing on Community, and has been a preschool teacher for the past 3 years.

 

Jennaliz also dances for Montage's Contemporary Company.

 

Jennaliz's class goals are for the kids to have fun, have a passion for dance, and find joy in her classes.

 

She also loves her family, dogs, Disney, sparkles, and glitter.
