Michelle was born and raised in the Bay Area and began dancing when she was 5 years old, training in Ballet, Tap and Jazz throughout her youth and into adulthood. Along the way her love of dance grew to include Lyrical, Hip Hop, Ballroom, and Musical Theatre.

 

She was part of her studio’s competition team for 9 years where she competed in both local and national competitions as well as performing in several showcases. In later years, she took an interest in musical theatre and was able to take part in multiple performances with local community musical theatre groups. 

 

Michelle  began teaching and choreographing when she was 17 years old and has also worked with both youth and adult community theatre groups, choreographing for shows like Annie and Beauty & the Beast Jr. She loves being creative through movement, learning from those around her, and sharing the joy of dance with others!
